Group Classes are:
Smooth Vinyasa: Calm rhythm to practice the foundations of vinyasa practice. We work all the asanas with modifications to adapt to all levels and conditions, we use supplementary material to be able to practice safely
Dynamic Vinyasa: deepen your dynamic yoga practice. The dynamism in the practice gives us warmth, mobility, strength, flexibility, purification, energy and a focused mind. You need to have a yoga base and a good physical condition.
Private Classes can be:
Ashtanga: We can accompany you in the practice of the first series of ashtanga yoga or " yoga chikitsa" , which helps to align the body trying to eliminate everything that is toxic to purify us; the objective is to achieve the harmonization of the asanas, the movement and the strength of the body
Navakarana: I can teach you 6 series of the 12 series that the method has. Navakarana Vinyasa is a method of physical and mental self-transformation, based on the ancient teachings of Vinyasa from the training of the warriors of Ancient Persia.
The Navakarana Vinyasa method is based on 3 main pillars: Sound, movement and breathing. It is characterized by having a " double chaturanga" and movements marked in time that make it look like a dance.
